Kiley Damone

Kiley Damone serves as the culture and community specialist for FINFROCK DMC. Damone also serves on the Board of Directors for the Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Southwest Florida Society for Human Resource Management. She is an active participant in the Leadership Glades Class of 2022-2023. Damone earned her bachelor’s degree from Washburn University in marketing and her master’s degree from Everglades University. She lives in Clewiston.
