Kelly Rogers 

Kelly Rogers serves as the Director of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), a program that helps eligible individuals with disabilities to prepare, obtain and advance in employment, at the Florida Department of Education. Rogers was an administrator for Florida’s early intervention program for over 20 years, with a focus on ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. Prior to joining VR, she was responsible for statewide maternal and child health initiatives, including programs to reduce fetal, infant and maternal mortality. As a parent of an adult with autism spectrum disorder, she is committed to improving outcomes for individuals with disabilities.       

Rogers is a native of Florida, growing up in Orlando and now residing in Wakulla County.
