Andrew Schmadeke

Andrew Schmadeke is the founder and CEO of Focus School Software. He previously worked in software development in the EdTech industry. Eventually, his entrepreneurial spirit and aptitude for learning new technologies led to the creation of Focus, a simple start-up that became a major player in the Student Information System (SIS) market, housing the data of over 2.5 million students to date. In 14 years, Schmadeke has grown Focus into a dynamic company with a suite of products and more than 100 employees. Schmadeke’s commitment and vision to provide cutting-edge technology in comprehensive, customizable data management systems to districts of all sizes continues to fuel Focus’ success.
