Stephanie is the vice president of state and regional affairs at TECO Energy. She previously served as the senior director of government relations at Anthem, Inc. Prior to joining Anthem, Ms. Smith was senior manager of Florida public policy at Uber. She also served as public affairs director for AT&T Florida and Georgia and in key roles for three governors, including executive deputy chief of staff, director of external affairs and business development liaison for the Governor’s Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development. She lives in Tallahassee.
