Master Credentials List
Florida’s Master Credentials List is a comprehensive roster of state-approved degree and non-degree credentials of value, as defined by the Credentials Review Committee. The list helps ensure the state’s education system aligns with the current and projected talent needs of industry and prepares Floridians for in-demand occupations by directing the use of federal and state funds for workforce education and training programs that lead to these credentials of value.
Credentials must appear on the Master Credentials List to be eligible for certain state or federal funding for workforce education and training programs, including Career and Professional Education (CAPE) Act, Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA), and Incumbent Worker Training Grants.
The first step in submitting an application to the Master Credentials List is to create an account:
see p. 5 of the Applicant Training Guide, above, for instructions on how to do this.
